The circuit includes four salons and is open to photographers from all over the world. It is organized in accordance with the regulations of the FIAP-GPU-ISF-FPF.
All acceptances count towards FIAP, GPU, FPF, ISF awards.
Certificates will be issued for any photos accepted.

2 - CIRCUIT REQUIREMENTS
Image and Conditions of Entry:
This tour is open to all; however, an entry may be rejected when the Sponsor or the Show Organizers, in their reasonable discretion, deem that participation does not comply with the Tour Rules and these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Membership in a photographic organization is not required.

Sanctions: Entries will not be accepted for any participant currently sanctioned by FIAP.
Creation and ownership of images:
In all sections of the exhibition, the images must be photographs taken by the participant. They must not incorporate identifiable images produced by someone else (e.g., clip art, replacement sky, or stock images). Images created in whole or in part by imaging software (often referred to as "AI" images) are not permitted. Editing or modifying images is allowed within the limits specified in the definitions of the relevant sections...
Certification:
By submitting an image, the entrant certifies that the work is unique to them (. Images cannot incorporate elements produced by someone else (for example, clip art, images or illustrations of others downloaded from the Internet). Aliases are not allowed. The participant authorizes the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the material entered for publication and/or display in the media related to the circuit free of charge. This can include publishing in low resolution on a website.
Reproduction:
Entrants who indicate that their images cannot be reproduced or used "will not be eligible for prizes" or inclusion in the tour's audiovisuals "and may be subject to disqualification" by the exhibition sponsors. The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright.
Modification and creation by computers:
Subject to restrictions in certain sections (especially nature, photo travel, and photojournalism), images may be edited, electronically or otherwise, by the author. Adjustments to enhance images or modify images creatively are allowed provided that the underlying photograph is kept in a way that is obvious to the viewer. Images cannot be built entirely with a computer and must be the sole work of the author. Important information about artificial intelligence (AI) generated images: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IMAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS CIRCUIT. It is recalled that all parts of the image must be photographed by the author who owns the copyright of all submitted works. Offenders will be sanctioned by the federations!
Re-use of accepted images:
Once an image has been accepted into this circuit, it cannot be re-entered in future FDT; it can, of course, be entered in any other FIAP recognized exhibition but must always have the same title.
Input:
An input includes, up to and including, four (4) images captured by a single entrant in the same section. A participant can only enter a specific section once. Participants may not present identical or similar images in the same section or in different sections of the same exhibition. Similar means almost identical in terms of subject, composition, props, lighting, or technique, so that a reasonable person looking at the images together would decide that the participant has reproduced the previous image, with the exception of some minor changes.
Headings:
Each image should have a unique title that is a description of the image. This unique title must be used for the entry of this or an identical image in all exhibitions. Headlines must be 35 characters or less. No title can be visible to the judges, and nothing in the image can identify the creator. Titles cannot include file extensions such as .jpg or .jpeg (or any other camera capture filename such as IMG 471). Titles may not consist of personal identifiers that may be supplemented by a number; or include words such as "untitled" Titles cannot consist of numbers alone, unless those numbers are prominently displayed in the image, such as a competitor's number in a race.
Color and Monochrome:
Color and monochrome images from the same capture that share substantial pictorial content in common will be considered the same image and must be given the same title.
Image format and dimensions:
The format of the images sent must be 1920 pixels wide and/or 1080 pixels high in Jpeg format, with a maximum weight of 2.0 mb. Quality from 8 to 12, sRGB color space. (The HD digital projector used for judging has a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels), maximum 35 characters. Please do not use invalid characters such as /\:?*'' # ()!

The exhibition will be held in accordance with FIAP rules.

Images of a participant will not be presented consecutively to the judges. All four images of a participant will be presented in the same way at the four judging sites in this section. The distribution of images will be in the same order of distribution as submitted by the participant.

An image can only be entered in one section.

Judging:
Each show is judged by an independent jury. The judgment will take place by section, without the judges having the possibility of influencing each other. The images will appear randomly which guarantees that the 4 images of the authors are not presented in consecutive order. The jury's decision is final and cannot be appealed. A photo can only receive one award per section. In the event of a major impediment, the judgment will be carried out via the internet. The judgment will be carried out on site. Judging will be done using a color-calibrated projector. Images will be displayed at exactly 100% of their resolution (i.e., images will not be enlarged - in no way zoomed in - beyond their native resolution). The acceptance gap will not be more than 30%.

Data protection:
By participating in this exhibition, you explicitly consent to the personal data you have provided, including physical and email addresses, being stored, processed and used by the exhibition organisers for purposes related to the exhibition. You also explicitly consent to this information being sent to organizations that have granted official recognition, patronage or accreditation to this exhibition. You acknowledge and agree that by participating in this exhibition, your participation status, which includes your first and last name, the name of the country used when registering for the exhibition, the number of sections in which you have participated and the number of photos in these sections, will be made public in a published status list and that the results of your participation will be made public in the exhibition gallery and the exhibition catalogue. You also agree to the policy regarding non-compliance with FIAP rules.

3 - DEFINITION OF THE OBJECT AND SECTIONS

Declaration on the object applicable to all sections.
The fundamental rule that must be respected at all times and that applies to all sections offered in exhibitions with the patronage of FIAP is that the well-being of living creatures is more important than any photograph. This means that practices such as baiting subjects with a living creature and removing birds from nests, in order to obtain a photograph, are highly unethical, and such photographs are not allowed in any exhibition with FIAP patronage. Under no circumstances can a living creature be placed in a situation where it will be killed, injured, or stressed for the purpose of obtaining a photograph. This rule applies regardless of whether the killed, injured, or stressed creature is visible in the captured image.
There are also concerns about the use of aerial photography, drones, helicopters, low-flying aircraft. These must not cause interference with other individuals or animals that disrupt their normal activity or disrupt the way individuals or animals interact with their environment. Registration for this tour is conditional on acceptance of these policies. The content of the images must comply with these Terms and Conditions and the Division and Section definitions listed in these Terms. Images that, in the exclusive opinion of the judges or the organizers of the exhibition, are not compliant will be disqualified so that the participant can be aware of the problem when considering participating in other exhibitions with FIAP patronage. The circuit has a division: Projected Image which is broken down into four sections:

a. FREE COLOR
All techniques are allowed. Creativity is allowed in this category.

b. FREE MONOCHROME
FIAP definition:
A black-white work ranging from very dark grey (black) to very light grey (white) is a monochrome work with different shades of grey. A black-and-white work turned entirely in a single colour will remain a monochrome work that can be included in the black-white category; such a work can be reproduced in black and white in the catalogue of a trade fair under FIAP Patronage. On the other hand, a black-and-white work modified by a partial turn or the addition of a color becomes a color work (polychrome) that must be included in the color category; such a work requires a colour reproduction in the catalogue of a trade fair under FIAP Patronage. . Monochrome grayscale images can be captured for Nature, Photojournalism, and Photo Travel, but images with partial desaturation are not allowed for these sections.

c. NATURE
New FIAP Nature Definition :
Nature photography documents all branches of natural history, with the exception of anthropology and archaeology. This includes all aspects of the physical world, both above and below water. The images of nature must convey the truth of the scene. A well-informed person should be able to identify the subject of the image and be confident that it has been presented honestly, without unethical practices being used to control the subject or capture the image. Images that directly or indirectly depict any human activity that threatens the life or well-being of a living organism are not permitted. The most important part of a nature image is the story of nature it tells. Technical standards must be high, and the image must look natural.

• Man-made objects and evidence of human activity are only allowed in nature images if they are a necessary part of nature's history.
• Photographs of human-made hybrid plants, cultivated plants, wild animals, domestic animals, human-made hybrid animals, and mounted or preserved zoological specimens are not permitted.
• Photographs taken in natural environments where the animal's well-being is ensured and that are carefully managed, such as ethically managed zoos, rescue centres and natural environment farms, are permitted.
• Attracting or controlling subjects through the use of food or sound for the purpose of photographing them is not permitted. Situations created to ensure the welfare of the animal, such as the provision of additional food due to harsh conditions caused by weather conditions or other conditions beyond the control of the animals, where the photograph is incidental to the animal's diet, do not fall within this provision.
• Controlling live subjects by cooling, anesthesia, or any other method of restricting natural movement for a photograph is not permitted.
• Human-made elements will be allowed in the following circumstances:

a) When they are an integral part of nature's history, such as a songbird perched on a fence post (a man-made object) used as nesting material, or a weather phenomenon destroying a man-made structure.
b) When they are an unavoidable little part of the scene, such as a footprint or a discreet trail or path in the background.
c) Scientific marking tags, collars and tags are specifically authorised.
d) When photographing at a zoo, sanctuary, or rehabilitation center, it would be considered that the photographer has ensured that the facility is properly accredited and adheres to best practices.

Definition of "Wildlife" Photography
In addition to the restrictions on nature photography, to be eligible for any award or acceptance of images in "Wildlife" photography, they must meet the following conditions:Zoological organisms must live freely and without constraint in a natural or adopted habitat of their choice.

• Images of zoological organisms that have been removed from their natural habitat, are in captivity in any form, or are controlled by humans for the purpose of photographing them are not permitted.
• Botanical organisms should not be removed from their natural environment for the purpose of photography.
• Images that have been staged for the purpose of photography are not permitted.

Retouching Guidelines:
Processing or retouching should be limited to making the image as close to the original scene as possible. Conversion to grayscale monochrome is allowed.

Authorized retouching techniques:

• Cropping, straightening and correcting perspective.
• Removing or correcting elements added by the camera or lens, such as dust spots, noise, chromatic aberration, and lens distortion.
• Overall and selective adjustments such as brightness, hue, saturation, and contrast to restore the original scene's appearance.
• Full conversion of color images to monochrome to grayscale.
• Fusion of several images of the same subject and combination in the camera or with software (exposure fusion or focus stacking: focus stating).
• Image stitching - combining multiple images with overlapping fields of view that are taken in succession (panoramas).

Unauthorized retouching techniques:

• Remove, add, move, or modify any part of the image, except for cropping and straightening.
• Add a vignetting.
• Blur parts of the image to hide elements of the original scene.
• Darken parts of the image during processing to hide elements of the original scene.
• All conversions other than the full conversion to monochrome in grayscale.
• Converting parts of an image to monochrome, or partially toning, desaturation, or oversaturation of colors.

d. THEME: Word in Focus
Definition "Word in Focus" As with travel and tourism photography, this section covers the full range of photographic genres such as architecture, culture, events, gastronomy, landscape, portraits, etc. A "Focus on the World" image expresses the spirit of an era, the essence of a place or a culture, whether it is shown in an authentic scene or arranged. Digital manipulation to optimize an image in terms of fine-tuning levels and colors is allowed as long as the image looks natural. The same goes for the removal of dust or digital noise. Techniques that add, move, replace, or remove any element of the original image, except by cropping, are not permitted.

4 - GENERAL RULES

a. VIOLATION OF FIAP RULES
The mention that by the mere fact of submitting his/her images or files to a fair under the patronage of FIAP, the participant accepts without exception and without objection the following conditions: - that the submitted images may be examined by FIAP to establish whether they comply with FIAP's regulations and definitions even if the participant is not a member of FIAP, - that FIAP will use all the means at its disposal for this undertaking, - that any refusal to cooperate with FIAP or any refusal to submit the original files as captured by the camera, or the failure to provide sufficient evidence, will be sanctioned by FIAP, - that in the event of sanctions resulting from non-compliance with FIAP regulations, The name of the participant will be disclosed in any form useful to inform violations of the rules. It is recommended that EXIF data be left intact in submitted files to facilitate future investigations. If at any time it is determined, in the reasonable discretion of the Show Organizer or the Judges before, during, or after the Judging of an Exhibit, that an entrant has submitted entries where one or more images may not comply with these Terms of Entry, including the definitions set forth herein, the Show Organizers reserve the right to remove the Exhibit Entry and void any acceptances or awards by relationship with the exhibition. Fees may be lost or refunded in these circumstances. The entrant acknowledges that the decision of the Show Organizers or the Judges is final

b. ENTRY CONDITIONS
FIAP Notice: In order to have legal authority over those who do not comply with the FIAP rules, the organizer must ensure that all participants of an online event under the FIAP patronage tick a box next to which the following text is indicated: "I expressly accept the FIAP document 018/2017 "Conditions and regulations for the FIAP sponsorship" and the FIAP document 017/2017 "Sanctions in case of violation of the FIAP regulations and the red list". I am particularly familiar with Chapter II "Regulations for International Photographic Events under the Patronage of FIAP" of FIAP document 018/2017, dealing under Sections II.2 and II.3 with FIAP's Rules of Participation, Sanctions for Violation of FIAP Regulations and the Red List. FIAP documents 018/2017 and 017/2017 should be linked to this paragraph so that participants can consult it.
